Matthew B. Meblin - Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer
Matthew Meblin brings over 20 years of key industry experience to
Project InVision International. Meblin entered the project management
software industry in 1984 with start-up Breakthrough Software, publisher
of Time Line. Meblin then served as a Director of Product Marketing
and Development for the Project Management Group at Symantec Corporation,
where he was instrumental in assisting Symantec Corporation with
their 1990 IPO. In 1991, Meblin founded Project InVision International
and has since worked with Fortune 500 companies internationally,
assisting them to implement project management software systems.
During his career, he has become a renowned project management and
process-reengineering consultant for accounts such as Bank of America,
Hewlett Packard, Levi Strauss & Co., EDS and NASA. He has been
a featured speaker at major project management conferences, including
the PMI Annual Conference and Project World, and has authored numerous
articles in leading project management publications. Meblin earned
his MBA from the University of San Francisco.
Andy Shotz - President and Chief Revenue Officer
Andy Shotz brings more than 20 years of experience in high-technology
management to Project InVision International. His expertise in constructing
strategic alliances with Fortune 500 companies has been instrumental
in establishing partner relationships that include EDS and Microsoft.
Prior to co-founding Project InVision International, Shotz was Regional
Sales Director at Mobius Management Systems where he implemented
enterprise data management solutions at Fortune 500 companies such
as Nissan Motors, Home Savings of America and the New York Stock
Exchange. Shotz also served as District Sales Manager at Beta Systems
Software. He is a technical expert in the enterprise project management
field and has been a featured speaker for seminars and trade events.
Shotz holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from
California State University, Sacramento.
Evan Barr - Chief Technology Officer
Evan Barr joined Project InVision International in 1995 and currently
serves as the lead architect and chief technologist for the Project
InVision International product line. He brings over 18 years of
experience in software programming to Project InVision International.
Barr has extensive experience in the design and development of mission
critical business software tools at Fortune 500 corporations. He
is a leading client/server developer, having produced applications
for Gap, Inc., Levi Strauss & Co., AT&T, and Bank of America.
Among his many achievements, Barr has developed sophisticated business
applications including financial portfolio analysis, sales automation
and retail management. Barr is certified by Microsoft as an MCSD
and leads a team of Project InVision International engineers skilled
in building Web-based solutions integrating Microsoft technologies.
Barr broke new ground in developing Project InVision 4.0, one of
the first fully Web-based business solutions in the industry. Barr
studied electrical engineering at Temple University in Philadelphia.
Bryan Morgan - Vice President, Client Services
Bryan Morgan brings over 12 years of global IT development, management
and project management experience to Project InVision International.
In his most recent position as Manager of a Regional Project Management
Office at Electronic Data Systems Corporation, Morgan participated
heavily in the development and deployment of corporate project and
programme management methodologies, and in the design and deployment
of an enterprise project portfolio management system that is still
supporting thousands of users worldwide. His background includes
software design and development of state-of-the-art technology in
the health care industry. Morgan earned his BS degree in Computer
Sciences at Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, Louisiana.
Tom Miller- Director, Board of Directors
Miller currently serves as business development partner for E3 Innovation,
Inc., a Glendale, Arizona corporation focused on providing technology
and product development from concept development to mass production
ramp-up for electronics systems manufacturers. He was formerly VP
of Sales and Marketing for OLED Products and president and general
manager of the Passive Matrix business at DuPont Displays in Santa
Barbara, CA. Prior to joining DuPont, Miller was a partner at Sapiential
Prime, Inc., a Saratoga, California-based management consultancy,
where he was instrumental in raising investment capital for PII
and served as a director. Miller also led his own VC-backed start-up,
Quantum3D, and was a founder of sVision, an LCOS display company.
He has also worked with a variety of start-ups and large corporations
including Fujitsu Microelectronics, VIA Technologies, Integrated
CMOS Systems, Fairchild Semiconductor, NCR Microelectronics, and
Texas Instruments.
Mike Rusert - Director, Board of Directors
Rusert brings to the board more than 20 years of high technology
related business management experience with global companies. As
president and CEO of Artemis International Solutions, he directed
the company to record sales of $68 million while redefining worldwide
strategic direction in software development, sales and channel efforts
and market development in Australia, China, Russia and Mexico, as
well as the company's expansion into the government and energy markets.
Prior to his leadership of Artemis, Rusert was vice president of
Operations for Canon Computer Systems, Inc. which grew from $300
million to $ 1.4 billion in revenue during his tenure. Rusert also
served as COO for Ameriquest Technology, Inc., in various senior
management capacities with Inacomp Computer Centers and as co-founder
of Computer City. He has served on the boards of numerous technology
companies, including: Artemis, Proha PLC, Inacomp Computer Centers,
Computer Supercenters International, and Evant Software.
Robert S. Stefanovich - Director, Board of
Directors
Robert S. Stefanovich joined our Board of Directors in April 2007. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Novalar Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Mr. Stefanovich served for 4 years as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Artemis International Solutions Corporation, a publicly traded software company. He also held several other senior finance positions, including Chief Financial Officer of Xcorporeal, Inc. and Aethlon Medical Inc., both publicly traded medical device companies and Vice President of Administration at SAIC, a Fortune 500 company. Mr. Stefanovich was a member of the Software Advisory Group and Audit Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers hi-tech practice in San Jose, CA and Frankurt, Germany. He received his Masters of Finance/Accounting and Engineering from the University of Darmstadt, Germany.
